SARAH DILLING – University Texas El Paso USA & Canada U-20 National Team

“I started training with Phil in 2006, when I was in grade eight and continue to train with him still. In that time, I have been to a national championship, made the Alberta team, been invited to participate in NTC (National Training Center) and I have been a member of the U17 National Team and have also been invited to camps for the U20 and Senior National Teams. While travelling with the national teams I have been to the USA, Eastern and Western Canada and South America. I have also received a full ride scholarship to an NCAA Division 1 University in Texas. Phil is a great trainer and I have come a very long way since he first found me playing for a division 2 Chinooks team. His approach to keeper training is very effective as well as fun. I always look forward to going to his training sessions. He will help you improve your speed, technique, confidence, strength and whatever else you need help with”

KAITLIN THOMAS – University of Montevallo, USA

“I have been training with Phil Malone since about 2007. Phil is a great trainer and coach who has allowed me to excel and grow as not only as a keeper, but an athlete and an individual. His dedication and commitment to developing goalkeepers talent is undeniable. He comes to work each day full of eager, enthusiasm which is transpired in his coaching techniques. Due to his tremendous experience as a goalkeeper and high intensity practices, I have been able to succeed in my soccer career. In my time training with Phil, I have been invited to the u-16 Alberta Provincial tryouts, and received a scholarship to the University of Montevallo in Alabama. I am currently attending University now and will be returning for my Sophomore season this year. In my first season as a Freshman I got to start five games and played in 11. Without Phil’s training I would have never been able to reach the technical and physical level required to be successful at a highly competitive level. Phil continues to bring a fun approach to his training, and has helped many others like myself progress and grow as a keeper”

SOPHIE TRAXLER – University of Calgary

“I began training with Phil in 2008.  Phil’s training helped me grow into the keeper I needed to be.  Growing up, my favorite part of my soccer week was always keeper training with Phil.  I always had fun participating in the sessions and Phil continually pushed me to work harder and be better.  While training at Phil’s Academy, I spent three years with Team Alberta and was also involved in the NTC Program, making it to the Canada Summer Games and other national championships.  Without Phil’s training, I wouldn’t have been able to progress into the keeper that I have become.  Phil helped me to become technically sound and helped me to reach my potential”.

ERIN OLSON  – Lee University Flames – Tennessee USA

“I’ve been training with Phil since 2008 and since then I have improved immensely. I was invited to ASA in 2011-2013, and I am now attending a NCAA div 2 school in Tennessee on scholarship. I always enjoy Phil’s training sessions. His sessions are high intensity as well as very technical. Phil works hard to help every keeper he trains to be the best that they can be. He not only develops their goal keeping abilities but also their work ethic and confidence. Phil’s training helps goalies become better goalkeepers as well as better all around athletes.”
